Just in time for the holiday season travel surge, here’s what a near-sideways aircraft landing looks like, as demonstrated by a Ryanair flight landing at Bristol Airport in a 70 MPH crosswind.

Sadly, the angle of the shot doesn’t really do justice to how insanely cockeyed this landing really is. Maybe someone can reassure me in the comments section, but just eyeballing it I’d guess this is about as askew as a plane landing can get without becoming a pinwheeling ball of flame.
