At this stage, it’s pretty clear that I’m a sucker for timelapse videos. Can you blame me when they do stuff like this?
Albuquerque, New Mexico held its 42nd annual International Balloon Fiesta in October. The 9-day event is the largest hot air balloon festival in the world, this year filling the sky with over 700 balloons.
This timelapse video shows roughly 500 balloons taking off one morning over the course of an hour and a half during and after the dramatic light of dawn.
I’ll leave you to it. If you can, watching the video at 1080p HD is highly recommended.
Woah, yeah 1080p.
Seriously.
