I’m going to go out on a limb here and assume that your beef is not with the errant 3rd bottle of wine, but with the debauch occurring on such a pale, uninspiring day of the week.
I would have found “Even if you have a co-conspirator, even if you spill some, even if you’re celebrating something really awesome, three bottles of wine on a Thursday night is too much wine” to have been puzzling in the extreme.
I agree- Tuesdays suck, and they should not be rewarded with 3 bottles of anything….
